What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on which region you are located. In most regions, we can deliver at least 1 yard. There are regions however that have a 3 yard minimum.

What is a yard of mulch?
A yard of mulch, also called a cubic yard of mulch, is the most common way to measure a certain amount of mulch. 1 yard of mulch can be visualized as 3 feet wide, 3 feet long, and 3 feet tall. 1 yard of mulch can cover a 10 foot by 10 foot area about 3 inches deep.
What is the delivery lead time?
You can select the date you want the material to be delivered to your home on the cart page!
The quickest delivery lead time is typically 24 - 48 hours but can vary based on demand and availability, but if you need a same day order, please give us a call at 762-MULCH-ON as early as possible in the morning, so we can try our best to serve you.
We recommend that you select a delivery date that is at least 1 day prior to when you are planning to spread any material.
What is the delivery charge?
It can vary based on your shipping address. To calculate the charge amount, you will have to input items into your cart, answer questions on the cart page, and then proceed to checkout.
At checkout, please enter your shipping address, and our website will calculate the charge amount then display it for you.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Nope! Our local partner will have instructions for drop off based on your inputs during the check out process.
Can I pick up the mulch?
No, we do not offer pick up from our suppliers, but we do offer delivery!
Can samples be provided?
Nope because we believe samples do not accurately represent the scale of the product as a whole.
What chemicals are in the mulch?
We source our products from the highest quality and local suppliers to your home, that to the best of our knowledge is free of any harmful chemicals such as CCA and creosote.
Do you offer mulching services?
We only supply mulch through delivery at this time, but we are more than happy to recommend a local landscaper. Contact us for more info!
What areas are currently serviced?
We are working diligently on expanding the areas we serve.
In Ohio, we serve the cities of Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, and Akron.
In Indiana, we serve the city of Indianapolis.
