Delivery and Property Liability
I understand that as a result of material delivery, damages may occur to my property. Any vendor contracted to deliver material on behalf of Mulch Mound LLC is not liable for any damages beyond the curb of the public road. This includes, but is not limited to, ruts, oil spots, driveway damage, or structural damage. I, the homeowner or agent, assume full responsibility for any damages incurred to my property beyond the curb, even if I am not home during the time of delivery.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
To ensure our delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently, the following policies apply to all orders:

• Customer Cancellation and Modification Window: Self-service order modifications and cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. If you need to request a change or cancellation within this 48-hour window, you must contact our team directly. Approval of these late requests is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of Mulch Mound LLC.

Example: If your delivery is scheduled for Friday morning, you cannot log into your account and change or cancel the order on Thursday. You must call our team, and we will try to accommodate the request provided the truck has not already been routed or loaded.

• Modification Limits: To maintain efficient routing, order details can only be changed or modified by the customer once per order (provided the change is requested outside of the 48-hour window).

Example: If you realize you need delivery on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and make that update online, you cannot later change the date a second time to Thursday. Any further adjustments will require team approval.

• Refunds and Cancellations: All eligible customer cancellations and subsequent refunds are subject to review and will be granted solely at the discretion of the Mulch Mound team.

Example: If you cancel your order a week in advance, we will process a full refund. However, if you request a cancellation right as the driver is arriving at your property, a refund may not be granted, or a restocking/delivery fee may be deducted.

• Company Right to Cancel: Mulch Mound LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any order at any time due to changes in driver schedules, weather conditions, or product availability, including within the 48-hour delivery window. In the event that Mulch Mound LLC cancels your order, a full refund will be issued.

Example: If a severe rainstorm makes it unsafe to operate heavy machinery, or if a delivery truck unexpectedly breaks down, we may need to push your delivery to the next available day or cancel the order entirely for a full refund.
