It was easy to order a mulch delivery from Mulch Mound but I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t see your total before e adding credit card info and authorizing payment. I did have a coupon/promo code and it was applied correctly. Then came delivery day and by noon I hadn’t received my order. I called Customer Service and was told a driver called off but we would have delivery within 1-2 hours. When I got home, probably around an hour later, the mulch had arrived. I would order from Mulch Mound again because their delivery fee is more than reasonable and they have proven to be reputable but it would be nice to know what you are being charged before you pay.
